I have been in and out of shape numerous times over the past 10-15 years. In the early months of 2010, I found a Navy SEAL training camp for civilians. I knew I needed to be in better shape than I was. I started there and have not stopped since.
I eat mostly Paleo but don't skip the rolls at Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. I drink beer weekly.
